Poker still the tops for USA
Flush, two pair, full house, the list goes on, and fortunately for those residing in the United States, the wonderful game of poker is still available for those wanting to play online.
It was not so long ago that many US citizens had to pull the plug on online poker with certain US states making gambling illegal. Whilst this is still the case, there are some poker rooms available specificly for the United States which not only have decent offers available, but offer the type of social outlet most concern themselves with when it comes to online poker.
For many its not winning the rake on offer, but participation with many others around the world. You will always notice the amount of people in the chat room that join in with the friendly banter and chat. Apart from waiting for that last Ace to come up there is a real freshness about talking to others, who, most, you will not know. You could say it is exactly the same as playing in the real world except you are saving money on drink and food. You may not be able to see who you are playing with, but you will certainly recognise many of the usernames that flash up and down the tables and chat list whilst playing.
The best part is not only the chat or winning, but the amount of other players that congratulate each other on a win, make no mistake, it is a game made mostly of luck, but the fact so many winners are congratulated by so many other players makes you think that everyone has probably had a little win at some point or another.
With so many players now joining, the prize pot obviously goes up meaning more tournaments and more prizes. You can find a very good poker list at USA Poker that accept players from the States or even the Top 10 online poker list which specifies which countries may be right for you.
