Online Casinos need to provide more
Whilst staying at a very nice hotel in Kiev, Ukraine, I discovered that on the top floor was a casino. Being one that usually does not gamble (unless a small flutter on a football game may make it more interesting), I thought that this time I would make an evening of it.
I probably started with about $100 and worked up to a nice $1000 within about 4 hours, but it was the service provided that kept me there. They provided free drinks, free food, you could still smoke at the tables! Those were the days! The obvious intention of the casino was to keep me there, keep me playing until they had left me out of pocket, I was very lucky and decided to walk once I had a nice pile of chips that looked like something out of the Bond movies.
When it comes to online casinos there is nothing really that keeps a player wanting more, apart from a possible gambling addiction, there are no freebies. The continuous bonus offers on deposit are nothing short of mis-leading as most will know that once provided with a $100 bonus you have to play 20 different games and win about 15 times the amount of the original bonus before it becomes worthwhile.
Can the casinos afford to just give random players a little boost now and then, like a free drink they could give someone a free cash bonus of $10. Whether the player uses this or not is up to them. The casinos can certainly afford it and it gives the players more reason to stick around and play more. Giving players a "free" bonus then advising them what they have to do with the money is something that will not stick around much longer and in reality should not even have been used to promote online casinos in the first place.
Free rolls are getting much bigger and better these days and are not only available at poker tables but slots too, although perhap the casino could provide free rolls when it comes to online roulette, black jack and the host of other games they so readily provide. Players may start out playing without depositing but sooner or later they may just choose to deposit, which is the objective of all online casinos.
Be that as it may online casinos do need to improve when it comes to providing better service during play and after play and until that happens many players will feel hard done by on the whole.
